At Vrunk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your payment provider
